
General terms and conditions governing the use of NexusNode services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, the customer, and NexusNode, concerning your access to and use of our services. You agree that by accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
NexusNode strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service with an uptime of at least 99.9% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Specific service level agreements (SLAs) apply to various services offered by NexusNode. The applicable SLA will be provided during the purchase process and can be found in your account dashboard. The SLA defines our guaranteed uptime, support response times, and compensation procedures in case of service interruptions.
We take data privacy and security seriously. Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
As a customer, you are responsible for:
All services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. Billing cycles are set on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. If automatic billing fails for any reason, we may issue an electronic invoice indicating that payment is due within 7 days to prevent service interruption.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most services. If you are not satisfied with our services within 7 days of purchase, please contact our support team to request a refund. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and dedicated server setups are non-refundable due to their immediate provisioning nature.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with proper notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account management panel or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we will delete your data from our active systems within 30 days, unless legal requirements demand longer retention.
We respect intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusNode is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.
